Painters and Decorators Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painters and Decorators Supervisor to join our team at Exalted Construction Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of our painters and decorators, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards and on time.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of painting and decorating projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of painters and decorators, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor the quality of work being carried out and identify any areas for improvement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, and that the work environment is safe and secure for all employees and stakeholders.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the painting and decorating industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Outdoors, with occasional exposure to noise.
- Work Setting: Construction sites, with occasional relocation to other sites.
