Store Manager

Archambault is a distinguished cultural retail establishment in Quebec, celebrated for its extensive selection of musical instruments. They are currently in search of a Store Manager for their location in the North Shore of Montreal.
Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and oversee store goals, budgets, priorities, and action plans aligned with organizational objectives and customer needs;
- Execute growth initiatives to enhance profitability and optimize customer satisfaction;
- Oversee all facets of human resources including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance assessments;
- Ensure that team members possess the essential knowledge of sales strategies and product expertise to achieve the store's commercial targets;
- Encourage and uphold adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma;
- 2 to 5 years of managerial experience;
- Strong general knowledge and commercial acumen;
- Proficient in office software applications;
- Demonstrated leadership, accountability, autonomy, discretion, effective communication skills, and availability.
