Store Manager

Archambault, a leading cultural institution in Quebec with 14 stores across the province, is seeking a Store Manager to join their team in Saint-Dorothée, a suburb of Montreal.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and achieving store objectives, budgets, priorities, and action plans in line with organizational needs and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies to improve profitability and maximize customer satisfaction;
- Oversee all human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and employee development;
- Ensure team members possess the necessary knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge to meet store objectives;
- Promote and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards;
- Lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership, accountability, and discretion.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field;
- 2-5 years of experience in a management role;
- Strong general knowledge and commercial acumen;
- Proficiency in office software;
- Leadership, accountability, autonomy, discretion, and excellent communication skills.
