Store Manager

Archambault, a leading cultural institution in Quebec with 14 stores across the province, is seeking a Store Manager to join its team in Saint-Dorothée, a suburb of Montreal.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our Saint-Dorothée store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets;
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service;
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service;
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth;
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets customer needs and drives sales growth;
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an engaging and inviting store environment;
- Manage store budgets, including inventory, labor, and overhead costs;
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure sales associates have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth;
- Monitor and maintain store appearance, including cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of fixtures and equipment;
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service;
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve sales growth and customer satisfaction;
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention;
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with the store team to develop and implement strategies to improve sales growth and customer satisfaction;
- Develop and implement plans to improve store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service;
- Monitor and maintain store budgets, including inventory, labor, and overhead costs;
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure sales associates have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth;
- Monitor and maintain store appearance, including cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of fixtures and equipment;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a retail management role;
- Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth;
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service;
- Ability to develop and implement training programs to ensure sales associates have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth;
- Ability to monitor and maintain store budgets, including inventory, labor, and overhead costs;
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention;
- Ability to monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement;
- Ability to collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service;
