Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our Saint-Dorothée store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve sales growth and customer satisfaction;
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention;
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a retail management role;
  • Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth;
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service;
  • Ability to develop and implement training programs to ensure sales associates have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth;
  • Ability to monitor and maintain store budgets, including inventory, labor, and overhead costs;
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention;
  • Ability to monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement;
