- Lead a high-performance team of Business Partners dedicated to supporting client groups within specific business units.
- Partner with clients to identify strategic issues or organizational design challenges and develop creative solutions.
- Proactively manage change impacting team members by partnering with business leaders and other internal groups.
- 10+ years of HR experience in a senior Business Partner role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives, including change management and HR mergers and acquisitions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- Bilingualism in English and French, written and spoken.
- Competitive salary range: $124,000 - $186,000.
- Performance bonus or sales incentive plan: 30%.
- Comprehensive total rewards package, including minimum 3 weeks of vacation and flexible benefits plan.
- Flexibility to work in-office, virtually, or a combination of both.
