Job Title: Senior Manager

PointClickCare is a leading North American healthcare technology platform that enables meaningful care collaboration and real-time patient insights. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our team in a key leadership role.

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Partner Powered Solutions strategy, managing the entire life cycle of partner relationships, and driving revenue growth and business expansion. This role will require strong negotiation skills, the ability to influence at the executive level, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust strategy for partnerships to drive revenue growth and achieve internal revenue growth targets and KPIs for our Acute & Payer business.
  • Lead a partnerships team responsible for the performance management of existing technology partners and identifying, selecting, and ensuring the success of commercial agreements for new technology partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes within the healthcare sector to identify potential partnership opportunities and disruptions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally internally and externally with all levels to ensure a seamless integration of partner solutions into PointClickCare's product and commercial strategies.
  • Communicate with all partners and internal stakeholders at all stages of the deal process to secure agreement and approvals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation, partnership success, and overall business growth within our A&P business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce and/or Math; MBA is definitely preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with and understanding accountable care organizations (ACO's), hospital systems, payers, and other entities in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent understanding of healthcare delivery, reimbursement, and managed care.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sourcing, vetting, and performance managing technology partnerships, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Has a strong personal brand as a senior consultant, excellent critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
