Position: Licensed Plumber or Plumbing Apprentice (5th Year)

Reports To: Plumbing Field Manager

Department: Plumbing and Duct Cleaning Services

Compensation: As per the Collective Agreement

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct diagnostics and repair work efficiently and effectively, adhering to company standards.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in safe and operational condition.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, stocked with necessary materials for plumbing tasks.
  • Respond to plumbing service requests, including those under the plumbing and drains protection plan, as well as chargeable services. Work will also involve servicing electric water heaters, all performed with a focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Certified licensed Plumber in Ontario or an active Plumbing Apprentice.
  • Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work various shifts.
  • Physically capable of performing heavy lifting tasks.
  • Good mechanical skills, proficient in using necessary tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset, achieving high performance standards.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering customer-focused service.
