Front Desk Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly friendly and courteous Front Desk Associate to join our team at IGNITE Fitness Holdings. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and exit members in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Anticipate member needs and respond promptly to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Provide efficient telephone service, answering calls promptly and knowledgeably.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the club, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Deliver prompt and efficient customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Process payments and provide change and receipts to customers.
  • Drive revenue by communicating benefits of products and special promotions to customers.
Requirements:
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid work ethic with strong decision-making and problem resolution skills.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal direction and supervision.
  • Comfortable working a flexible rotating schedule.
  • Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Hard working, enthusiastic, and energetic.
