We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Representative who is highly motivated and customer-oriented to assist us in delivering an exceptional retail experience. In this position, you will engage with customers through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat, serving as their primary contact.

Schedule: Monday to Friday & Sunday to Thursday (12:00 PM - 8:30 PM EST)

As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers by addressing inquiries (in French and English) and providing detailed information about our products.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through virtual channels, ensuring a balance between efficiency and a friendly approach.
  • Handling post-sale inquiries, following up on customer questions regarding orders or deliveries, and effectively resolving issues through proactive communication and de-escalation techniques.
  • Maintaining open communication with the Customer Support team to ensure timely resolution of key issues.
  • Coordinating with our courier and warehouse partners daily to address customer concerns and facilitate smooth order deliveries.
  • Managing relationships with various suppliers and vendors.

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field.
  • Proficient in engaging with diverse customer personalities and understanding their needs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of interactions.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and analytical.
  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers.
  • A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to embrace new challenges.
  • Availability to work various shifts on a full-time basis, with an understanding of shift requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
