Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to clients.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese or English and French.
  • 1 year+ of fast-paced call center/customer service experience.
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices.
  • Experience working in a team and metrics-based performance environment.
  • Full availability Monday to Sunday 12PM-1AM local time.
  • Minimum education requirements: High school.
