Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused professional who is fluent in both English and French to provide exceptional support to our clients and merchants. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their current and potential future needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer and merchant inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues with speed and reliability, ensuring that our clients and merchants receive the support they need.
  • Accurately complete all necessary documentation for each customer interaction, including inputting data for call history and sending messages to appropriate third-party partners.
  • Participate in team huddles and committees to stay informed about company initiatives and best practices.
  • Continuously grow and learn by participating in cross-training initiatives, mentoring opportunities, and staying up-to-date on our products.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
  • A customer-first mindset and the ability to solve moderately complex procedures and situations.
  • Ability to work full-time based on assigned shift, including rotational shifts as needed.
  • Strong knowledge of PCs and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
