About the Role

XMA Solutions Ottawa, a leading Xerox Authorized Agency, is seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Sales Representative to join our team in the Ottawa area. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses in your community to promote Xerox products and services.
  • Identify business opportunities in your assigned territory, analyze them, and develop strategies to close deals.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, presenting innovative solutions to improve business efficiency.
  • Work in an autonomous role, collaborating with peers and industry partners to deliver the best solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Source new customers through a high volume of customer touchpoints to grow your business portfolio.
Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate of post-secondary studies - New graduates welcome.
  • Passion for building relationships with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creativity and solution-seeking with a natural curiosity and passion for personal and professional growth.
  • Technology expertise: Ability to understand technical products and communicate technical information with clarity and simplicity to non-technical people.
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience in adverse situations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and French.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in Canada.
