Brandt is seeking a skilled Parts Person to join our team in Brandon, MB, reporting to our Winnipeg location.

This role is responsible for assisting customers in locating required parts, providing pricing, and completing online parts orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting
  • Unloading, receiving, and storing incoming parts and materials in the warehouse and yard
  • Locating parts and materials, and shipping to customers and other branches
  • Providing assistance to branch service technicians as required
  • Placing inventory stock orders
  • Making inventory and bin adjustments
  • Accurately documenting and reporting all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information
  • Using parts and warehousing equipment and computer systems
Requirements:
  • Ability to meet physical demands of parts/warehousing trade
  • Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the parts industry
  • Solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills
  • Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset
