Global Business Growth Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Global Business Growth Specialist to join our team at WTC. This is a permanent, part-time position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities, providing expert advice and guidance on business strategies and planning.
- Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trends, utilizing your analytical skills to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Develop and implement business plans, working closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, organizations, and other businesses, to promote economic development and growth.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in product development, business administration/management, or a similar area.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling business proposals and reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and database management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
Working Conditions:
This role requires flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work remotely and attend occasional meetings and events. A hybrid work arrangement will be implemented, allowing for a balance between remote and in-office work.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a bonus structure, commission-based earnings, and piece work opportunities. We also offer a range of other benefits, including paid time off, flexible work arrangements, and professional development opportunities.
