This position reports directly to General Manager on supporting and growing the business by providing job project management and support for multiple service offerings and/or projects. Regional resource and leader providing management and oversight for defined, larger, complex projects anywhere in the Region – or outside the region if business needs dictate. Ensures all assigned projects are delivered safely, consistently and effectively and are profitably managed and compliant. Supports building the Brock brand by providing world-class service quality to all stakeholders.

Essential Functions
  1. Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
  2. Responsible for project safety, quality, cost and schedule
  3. Ensure proper planning and scheduling of resources, monitoring, and taking corrective actions
  4. Is a champion for safety and regulatory compliance
  5. Build strong cross-functional operating partnerships across the organization (as defined in role success profile)
  6. Ability to understand and interpret contracts and successfully execute change orders
  7. Assist in quoting and performing preliminary job walks for defined projects
  8. Responsible for the collection and ownership of complete project and site data
  9. Develop and builds sales relationships within both Brock and the customer's organization
  10. Responsible for leveraging opportunities to cross-sell Brock's product and service offerings
  11. Maintain communication with regional leadership and Business Development to ensure customers' needs are met
  12. Manage changes to project scope through a defined change management process
  13. Assist in resolving customer issues/discrepancies
  14. Identifies all operations aspects of the job including labour, equipment, consumables and materials along with any sub-contract requirements
  15. Coordinate with Asset Management and Regional Operations on planning/scheduling, and determining materials & manpower demands for defined projects
  16. Work with Business Development and Estimating to transition the job from sales to operations utilizing the Healthy Start process
  17. Develop and implement project construction execution plan
  18. Accountable for completion of assigned jobs to the region and customer satisfaction
  19. Responsible for job cost management and profitability for assigned projects, including daily tracking and reporting for billable and non-billable activities. Monitors KPIs, as defined.
  20. Audit ongoing operations and identifies opportunities for field efficiencies and standardization of methods to improve margins
  21. Support the development and implementation of a project Quality Control plan
  22. Manage outsourced services within project constraints, including management of re-rental equipment
  23. Collaborate with site supervision while managing multiple projects and ensuring scope, job efficiency and productivity
  24. Ensure work processes and procedures are consistently applied to the project
  25. Follow Brock's procurement process in support of vendor evaluations
  26. Deliver project within defined profitability metrics
  27. Collaborate with Regional Management and Project Controls to perform job tracking post-mortem and lessons learned for continuous improvement
  28. Meet project deadlines
  29. Own the planning and implementation of a program/project by executing detailed project plans which include timelines, scheduling, logistics, purchasing and training plans
  30. Conduct effective performance evaluations and mentors those with less experience
  31. Challenge others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor
