Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

At Brock Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of project management, business development, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project construction execution plans to ensure timely and profitable completion of assigned projects.
  • Manage project safety, quality, cost, and schedule to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership and business development to ensure customer needs are met and sales opportunities are leveraged.
  • Build strong cross-functional operating partnerships across the organization to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project budgets and forecasts to ensure profitability and meet business objectives.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement a project quality control plan to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Collaborate with site supervision to ensure project scope, job efficiency, and productivity are met.
  • Ensure work processes and procedures are consistently applied to the project.
  • Deliver projects within defined profitability metrics and meet project deadlines.
