Job Title: Regional Administrative Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Administrative Manager to join our team at Mann International Travel & Tours & Insurance & Mortgage Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Regional Administrative Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to our regional office, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Support social and labor market integration of newcomers and/or refugees
  • Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster
  • Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
  • Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • MS Office skills
  • Electronic mail skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position
  • 32 to 40 hours per week
  • Anglais language
