About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant to join our dynamic team at TD Bank. As a key member of our Mobile Mortgage Sales Force, you will provide critical support to our Specialists, enabling them to focus on sales and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to Mobile Mortgage Specialists in all areas of credit administration, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of work volumes.
  • Support the Specialist and business timeline commitments, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service and business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Manager, MMS Assistants, to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage/credit lending, with a strong understanding of credit administration processes.
  • Superior computer/technology skills, with proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-level accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
