Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Mortgage Agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing referral partners, developing client relationships, and working closely with our Underwriters to fund deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development
    • Provide expert advice and solutions to clients to achieve sales results
    • Proactively seek business opportunities and build relationships with new customers
  • Deal Evaluation and Management
    • Evaluate deals to maximize compatibility with clients' needs
    • Work with Underwriters to fund deals and ensure timely completion
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Nurture and develop strong relationships with clients and referral partners
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Mortgage Agent and a Mortgage Agent License
  • Proficiency with technology and ability to work efficiently in a Mac-based environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
