About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Mobile Mortgage Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at TD Bank. As a key member of our Mobile Mortgage Sales Force, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to our Mobile Mortgage Specialists in all areas of credit administration, processing assigned work volumes in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Support the Specialist and business timeline commitments by working closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of sales and business development activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries and issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage/credit lending or a related field.
- Superior computer/technology skills, with proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High-level accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
