Job Description:
Join TD's dynamic team as a Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant (MMSA) and contribute to the success of our Mobile Mortgage Sales Force. As a key member of our team, you will provide day-to-day support to our Mobile Mortgage Specialists, allowing them to focus on sales and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Mobile Mortgage Specialists, including credit administration and processing of assigned work volumes
- Support the Specialist and business timeline commitments
- Work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced, competitive market
- Meet/exceed timelines and SLA expectations from a customer and business-partner perspective
Requirements:
- Mortgage/credit lending experience
- Superior computer/technology skills
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized and a self-starter, able to work independently and multi-task
- Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills
