Food Service Operations Manager

The role of a Restaurant Manager involves overseeing the daily operations of a dining establishment, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Service Management: Identify the types of services to be provided and establish effective operational procedures.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the establishment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Engage with suppliers to arrange for food and other necessary supplies.
- Client Relations: Negotiate catering arrangements and facility usage with clients.
- Marketing Participation: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
