- Supplier Negotiations: Engage with suppliers to secure favorable terms for food and other necessary supplies.
- Client Relations: Negotiate catering arrangements and facility usage with clients.
- Marketing Participation: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Customer Feedback: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service to all patrons.
- Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role.
- Employment Type: Permanent.
- Language of Work: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
