Chef Hierarchy

You will hold the rank of Chef de Partie, overseeing specific kitchen sections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate innovative cooking techniques and utilize new kitchen equipment.
  • Develop and test new recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Guide and instruct cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of dishes.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and cook meals or specialty dishes to meet customer expectations.
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety practices.
Work Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work under pressure.
  • Meet tight deadlines while handling heavy loads.
  • Physically demanding role involving standing for extended periods and performing various movements.

Experience
