Role Overview
The Client Experience Specialist plays a crucial role in our branch offices, collaborating with multiple Financial Advisors to enhance client loyalty and satisfaction. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about fostering strong client relationships and helping clients achieve their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service by proactively addressing client needs and streamlining their experience with Edward Jones.
  • Identify and prepare potential opportunities for new and existing clients, equipping Financial Advisors with the necessary insights for discussions.
  • Utilize tools for goals-based advice and manage client interactions through the Online Access system.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including managing incoming calls, greeting clients, and maintaining branch records.

Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in customer service or the financial services sector.
