As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to establishing best practices in customer success management, supporting MEDFAR in meeting its strategic growth goals. Your close interactions with clients will ensure their feedback is central to our product development and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in critical phases of the implementation process as needed.
- Ensure a seamless transition during project handovers with the deployment team.
- Create customized action plans for each client, focusing on their objectives during the initial months post-deployment:
- Conduct thorough assessments of the current situation;
- Identify and prioritize client needs;
- Execute strategies to encourage user adoption of the platform;
- Establish measurable success criteria;
- Provide targeted training on MEDFAR products and features;
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement the action plan;
- Set up mechanisms to monitor client progress;
- Showcase the benefits derived from the action plan to clients.
- Serve as a product expert and advisor in the healthcare IT sector.
- Work alongside the Product Strategy team to identify and prioritize enhancements and innovations.
- Assist in transforming partners into advocates who can serve as references and contribute to case studies.
- Recognize opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Aid in standardizing processes and tools to facilitate team expansion.
- Contribute to the creation of educational and promotional materials, including articles and success stories.
- Conduct webinars to support ongoing client education.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- A degree in business administration, communications, marketing, engineering, or project management.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer success management or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence to foster trust and transparency with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated leadership and initiative.
- A strong sense of accountability and humility.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in common IT tools (CRM, Google Suite, etc.).
- Familiarity with the healthcare sector and IT industry is advantageous.
- Experience in SaaS environments is a plus.
- International study or work experience is a bonus.
Working Conditions
- Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week).
- Salary commensurate with experience.
