We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to join our dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with nurturing and expanding advisory relationships with our most valued members. You will exemplify best practices in comprehensive relationship management and employ your well-honed strategies for proactive outreach, pipeline oversight, and collaboration with our business specialists to address our members' financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately evaluate members' financial goals, risk appetite, and specific requirements to deliver customized guidance.
    Develop all-encompassing financial strategies that integrate investment, lending, protection, and seamless daily banking solutions.
  • Facilitate introductions to trusted partners, ensuring a smooth transition for members while preserving their trust.
    Accountable for the retention and growth of our segment of high-value members across all service lines.
  • Swiftly respond to product maturity, managing each lead with a comprehensive advice-driven approach to enhance relationships and assist members in achieving their objectives.
  • Implement holistic financial strategies by addressing members' complex lending, investment, protection, and daily banking requirements.
  • Maintain precise records of member interactions, advice provided, and transactions, while adhering to internal policies, regulatory standards, and ethical practices.
  • Possess a solid understanding of registered products, including tax implications, and be adept at crafting strategies for term deposits that balance members' liquidity needs with desired returns.
  • Support a positive member experience by providing backup assistance to all other roles as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, with at least 1 year in an advisory role.
  • Proven track record in mortgage lending and mutual fund sales.
  • Licensed to sell mutual funds.
  • Demonstrated financial expertise and familiarity with financial products and services.
  • Experience in a professional financial advisory sales environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial products and services.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of retail lending, including complex mortgage products such as construction and non-traditional mortgages.
  • Proven experience in investments, including mutual fund sales and the development of holistic financial plans.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with members, providing guidance in diverse situations.
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing various technologies.

*Prospera offers a competitive total compensation package that includes base salary plus incentives, reviewed annually against market standards. Starting salaries are typically targeted around the midpoint of the posted salary range, determined by the successful candidate's knowledge, experience, and internal equity.*
