Utilizing a consultative and expert approach, you will create tailored initiatives designed to enhance the adoption of our products among their users. This will enable them to recognize the value proposition of our offerings in terms of efficiency and quality of care provided to their patients.
As part of a dynamic team, you will also contribute to the establishment of best practices in client success management, supporting MEDFAR in reaching its growth targets. Your close interaction with our clients will ensure that their feedback is central to our product innovation and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in critical stages of the implementation process as needed.
- Facilitate a seamless project transition with the deployment team.
- Develop a customized action plan for each client, focusing on their objectives during the initial months post-deployment:
- Conduct a thorough quantitative and qualitative assessment of the current situation;
- Identify and prioritize client needs;
- Execute an action plan to encourage platform adoption among users;
- Establish measurable success criteria;
- Provide targeted training on MEDFAR products and features;
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement the action plan;
- Set up follow-up mechanisms to track client progress;
- Showcase the benefits derived from the implementation of the action plan to the client.
- Serve as a product expert and advisor in the IT healthcare sector, providing accurate guidance to clients.
- Work alongside the Product Strategy team to identify and prioritize product enhancements and innovations.
- Assist in transforming our partners into ambassadors who can serve as references and be featured in case studies and success stories.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Contribute to the standardization of processes and tools to facilitate team growth.
- Aid in the creation of educational and promotional materials, including content articles and success stories.
- Conduct webinars for ongoing client education.
- Perform any other related tasks as required.
Preferred qualifications include:
- An undergraduate degree in business administration, communications, marketing, engineering, or project management.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in client success management or similar customer-facing roles.
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence to foster trust, respect, and transparency with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated leadership and initiative.
- A strong sense of accountability and humility.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with effective prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in common IT tools (CRM, Google Suite, etc.).
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector and IT field is advantageous.
- Experience in SaaS companies is a plus.
- International study or work experience is a benefit.
- Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week).
- Salary commensurate with experience.
