We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Specialist to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with our WMS, EDI, and TMS systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve ERP and WMS-related errors and provide support to all departments using these systems.
- Setup and maintain hand-held scanners and collaborate with our IT department.
- Provide support for daily EDI error clearing and coordinate with ERP, WMS, EDI, and TMS consultants and programmers as needed.
- Lead the design and testing of limited ERP customizations and participate in the deployment of TMS.
- Assist in the development and testing of MRP policies to optimize inventory levels and lead the training of operations staff in ERP functionality.
- Champion efforts to improve ERP data validity and assist in the preparation of custom reports using Power BI.
- Post-secondary education and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience with Business Central (MS Dynamics) and WMS in manufacturing, purchasing/procurement, and warehousing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal.
- Strong data analysis skills, coupled with demonstrated attention to detail and accurate results.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Office.
