Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for large electrical equipment, including emergency power systems, distribution systems, and lighting controls systems.
- Prepare and coordinate RFx processes, ensuring compliance with commercial conditions.
- Analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiating pricing, delivery terms, and conditions to meet project requirements.
- Establish and manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality of materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement strategies align with project objectives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, pursuits, or estimating with large and complex electrical projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to read and comprehend electrical diagrams, with a strong understanding of project-specific output specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with suppliers.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems (SAP or MS Dynamics) is an asset.
