Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Econix InfoTech Ltd. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technical tools
