Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Manager - Invoicing and Collections to join our team at pt Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Invoicing Process for PCVRS, including verifying accuracy of billing/invoicing data and ensuring that claims submission guidelines have been met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end Invoicing Process for PCVRS, including verifying accuracy of billing/invoicing data and ensuring that claims submission guidelines have been met.
  • Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process for PCVRS, including credit management, collections, and reconciliation.
  • Develop, manage, and nurture the claims team.
  • Administration and organization of all claims team-related activities.
  • Develop and generate Claims team efficiency reports on a weekly basis.
  • Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
  • Maintain accurate account records and update status and collection efforts.
  • Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
  • Report on Invoicing activity and pending invoices status.
Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years' experience working in a similar role.
  • Minimum Grade 12 diploma, bachelor's degree an asset but not required.
  • Clinical/rehabilitation or insurance industry background.
  • Excellent relationship building, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, ability to resolve complex issues or problems surfaced by partners and/or the internal team.

  • Demonstrate methodical problem-solving skills and techniques.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
