Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that they are able to perform their roles effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services, ensuring that we are operating within our budget and that our customers receive value for money.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that they are able to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
