Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, respond to complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and drive customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and MS Windows.
