About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Overnight Guest Service Attendant to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and other requests, ensuring their comfort and convenience.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel, its amenities, and services, as well as the local area.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills and command of the English language.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Previous experience in a Guest Services role in a hotel operation is an asset.

Schedule and Hours:

The ideal candidate will be available for a minimum of 5 overnight shifts a week, taking place from 11:00pm to 7:30am. Hours may vary at times based on operational needs.
