**Job Summary**

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Overnight Guest Services Attendant (Bell Person) to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and provide exceptional guest service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Assist guests with luggage and other needs, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, using strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting at least 60lbs and standing for extended periods.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced hotel setting, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles and practices.
  • Post-secondary education in Hospitality or a related field, with a focus on guest services and customer relations.
  • A valid G-class Driver's Licence, with a clean driving record.
