About the Role:

We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests during the overnight hours. As a Guest Services Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience, from check-in to check-out. This includes providing warm welcomes, assisting with luggage, and answering any questions or concerns our guests may have.

What You'll Bring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Knowledge of the local area and ability to provide recommendations to guests

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Guest Services role in a fast-paced hotel operation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Additional language skills a definite asset for career growth
  • Completion of post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field

Schedule & Hours:

The ideal candidate will be available for a minimum of 5 overnight shifts a week, taking place from 11:00pm to 7:30am. Hours may vary at times based on operational needs.
