About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Overnight Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with luggage, directions, and other requests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Guest Services role in a fast-paced hotel operation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Additional language skills a definite asset for career growth.
  • Completion of post-secondary education in Hospitality or a related field.
  • A valid G-class Driver's Licence.

Working Hours:

The ideal candidate will be available for a minimum of 5 overnight shifts a week, taking place from 11:00pm to 7:30am. Hours may vary at times based on operational needs.
