About the Role:
We're looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional service to our guests. As an Overnight Guest Services Attendant, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests, from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby and public areas.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions.
- Ability to lift at least 60lbs.
- Previous experience in a Guest Services role is an asset.

Schedule & Hours:
The ideal candidate will be available for a minimum of 5 overnight shifts a week, taking place from 11:00pm to 7:30am. Hours may vary at times based on operational needs.
