Job Summary:

We are seeking a Keyholder to join our team at Conestoga Mall. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring visual standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty
  • Perform register functions, utilizing sales, promotions, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
  • Cover the sales floor, ensuring all visual standards are met
  • Responsible for store opening and closing procedures

Requirements:

  • 2 years of sales or customer service experience (an asset)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while committed to creating an amazing customer experience
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
