Retail Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager at Bath & Body Works, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing top talent, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive business results, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales.
Responsibilities:
- Attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent
- Teach, coach, and train associates to improve their selling potential
- Effectively lead and drive high-performance of all associates
- Set and reinforce clear performance expectations and results goals
- Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement and conversion
- Meet payroll targets by ensuring sales floor coverage and maintaining a selling focus
- Implement and sustain magazine direction to optimize business
- Consistently lead the focus on delivering emotionally engaging customer experiences
- Partner with the sales leadership team to support action plans and ensure effective execution of operational activities
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in leading teams in a customer-based sales environment
- Proven track record driving sales results
- Strong communication and ability to foster a customer-centric selling culture
- Availability for varied weekly shifts including weekend, closing, and peak periods
