Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all aspects of store operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce shrinkage.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage expenses, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to store associates, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes, using this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in retail management.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
