Responsibilities
We're currently seeking a Keyholder to join our team in The Pas, Manitoba. As a Keyholder, you'll assist the Store Manager in all areas of store operations, including:
- Sales and revenue growth
- Expense management and control
- Shrinkage reduction and inventory management
- Customer service and experience
- Merchandising and visual displays
- Freight and receiving
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- General retail experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
