At Chatters, we're on the hunt for a talented, trend-setting Hairstylist to join our team at Fairview Park Mall retail salon. As a key member of our Style Happy family, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a lasting impression on our guests.

  • You have previous experience in a Stylist role, with a minimum of two years working in a salon environment.

  • You're flexible, ambitious, and always looking to improve and succeed.
  • You're positive, with a warm and welcoming manner that makes our guests feel comfortable from start to finish.

  • You'll deliver on our philosophy that the 'Experience is Everything', making a connection with each guest and exceeding their expectations.
  • You'll use your super-styling powers for good, always looking to improve and succeed through advanced education.
  • You'll speak their language, recognizing that everyone has a different approach to beauty and communicating effectively with each guest.
  • You'll be a pro, maintaining a high level of competence and professionalism at all times.
