About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at POK GLOBAL CARE INC. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail, preparing minutes of meetings, and scheduling appointments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to employee inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, compile data and statistics, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and employees, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the preparation of reports, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll administration, including processing payroll and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Team Support: Provide support to our team members, including greeting visitors, directing them to contacts or service areas, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
