Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Inchin's Indian Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring the highest quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to our menu and quality standards.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment and utensils are in good working condition.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, minimizing waste and optimizing ordering.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment, with the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions: Physically demanding, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
