Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Plan and prepare menus for special events and daily operations, ensuring that dishes are made to the highest standards and meet the needs of our customers.

Cooking and Food Preparation

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Staff Training and Supervision

Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.

Cleanliness and Safety

Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring that they are clean and safe for customers and staff.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Certifications and Licenses

Safe Food Handling certificate

Language

Fluent in English

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and requires attention to detail
