Project Finance Manager

Everest Clinical Research Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled Project Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful financial management of clinical trial projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Project Managers to oversee financial and contractual performance of projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients' finance teams
- Maintain and review study budgets and monthly billing trackers, related staff timesheets, and perform regular analysis
- Identify out-of-scope activities and overburn of budgeted hours
- Manage Change Order process, including change-in-scopes, out-of-scopes, and tracking of change notification forms, consolidation, and reconciliation with billing
- Support revenue recognition process and reconciliation with billing
- Support Project Managers in project forecasting
- Develop and maintain other study metrics, as needed
- Possibly supervise Project Finance Analysts and/or Associates
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting
- 5+ years of experience in Contract Research Organization in project finance, account management, or operations finance roles
- Strong working knowledge of financial and accounting processes
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and working knowledge of drug development services
- Strong partnership development & relationship management experience
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and resources
- Excellent analytical, as well as written and oral communication, skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Past supervisory experience preferred
