About the Role

The Finance Project Controller will play a key role in the success of our projects at IBI Group. As a member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely management of project finances, including invoicing, cash management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project accounting activities, including invoicing, cash management, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Develop and maintain financial processes and systems to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Provide financial information and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly project reviews.
  • Participate in the development of financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Relevant accounting degree.
  • Post-graduate qualifications an advantage (CPA/CA/CIMA).
  • Demonstrated technical, commercial, and delivery acumen.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • The ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
